Canais LLC uses this signup to organize early testing for Tidefully and Now What?.

What the form saves

Your email address, the apps and phone types you select, your permission to receive testing emails, and the signup date. An email address entered here has not yet been verified.

How we use it

We use your choices to match you with suitable testing rounds and email you the invitation, setup information, or questions about that testing. This signup does not add you to a separate marketing newsletter.

Who can access it

Signup details are available through a restricted Canais team area. Our website hosting providers process the data needed to operate and store the form. Technical request information is also processed to keep the site running and limit spam. Rate-limit records use keyed hashes rather than raw IP addresses; expired records are cleared as the signup form is used.

Your choices

We keep your signup for the tester program until you request removal or the program closes. To update your preferences, withdraw permission for testing emails, or request deletion, email hello@canais.tech from the address you used to sign up.

During a test

Each invitation will explain what the test involves and what feedback is requested. Any information collected within an app will be explained separately before you use it.
